Life:
It's been a good run.
A couple years ago I got to believe it was only something that happened in tv commercials or really cheesy stories.
And I was right -or at least, back then-. The way I was living, no way I could manage to actually smile sincerely. Until about half a year ago I was so hurt from my two last relationships that I kept falling into a pit of depression.
I got lost in myself.
But things changed. Not in any noticeable way, mind you. I'm still single, heart-broken, unemployed, with a family that sucks and halfway through college.
Still, something happened that made me look at life a whole other way. I've found myself happy, optimistic and eager about the future.
Is it love? No. That would be a lame cliché on "I met him and my life was turned around". I'm still hurting from a lot of things, but I learned to keep the wounds patched.
I don't really know what happened halfway there, but I believe things are getting better.
There's so much that I still have to do, and a lot more that I have to learn, and that's wonderful.
I love doing what I do, and it's only going to improve!
